Im having a hard time laying off the soda. I don’t see too much improvement, but, there’s no new acne at least. It might be time to put this program into overdrive. There were two more things suggested.

B Vitamins. It recommends B5, which is not called B5 on the bottle, that took a little investigative research to find out that B5 is Pantothenic Acid. At Walgreens, I was able to find a B Complex made by Natures Bounty with 300mg of added Vit. C, which is good for your immune system, and Biotin, and B-12 which are also good for your hair.

I also picked up some Green Tea. I think this might be a good replacement for the soda. A study cited in the book suggested two cups of green tea a day to improve your skin, energy levels and metabolism (woo hoo!)
