Don't let the name fool you (or offend). Even
if you know a lot about nutrition, this diet plan is extremely
advanced. It combines foods daily (based upon your food preferences)
to trick your metabolism into getting off its lazy butt. The
food combinations are very flexible, as long as you stick
with their carb to protein daily combos. Dieting has been
made simple.
When you sign in, you will be asked which foods
you prefer over others, and it will create a custom designed
diet for you to follow daily. I really enjoyed the meals,
and since you're eating 4-5 times a day, I found that I wasn't
at all hungry. Since I LOVE to eat, this was a perfect fit.
I lost 8 lbs. in the first week!
My favorite part of this diet, is its 3 day
slacking off period. Every 11 days, you can eat whatever you
want for 3 whole days! (yes, you heard me correctly) You just
have to be careful not to overeat, and the weight will stay
off.
After Dieting - Maintaining is easier than most
diets, especially low carb diets, because this diet has conditioned
a speedy metabolism.
